Quantity variation: 
We shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within 10% Plus or Minus of the quantity ordered. The goods will be charged pro rata.

Retention of title: 
All good supplied by Pellacraft Ltd remain our property until any outstanding account is paid in full.

Products: 
We reserve the right to alter any prices, details or designs of products illustrated without notice.

Samples: 
These will be submitted for approval and will be charged for if not returned in good condition.

Carriage & Delivery: 
Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment or late delivery. No carriage is charged on made to order products as it is included in the price. Carriage is however charged on stock products as follows:

Claims: 
Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods.

Cancellation charge: 
A charge will be made on all cancelled orders

VAT: 
All Prices shown are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Prices: 
The prices shown are in Pounds Sterling and are subject to fluctuation in the Exchange Rate. All prices and specifications are subject to sight of artwork and may change without prior notice. All prices exclude VAT, origination and delivery unless otherwise stated.

Artwork & Design: 
Artwork and design facilities are available. An extra charge is dependent on the amount of work involved.
